BP Behavioral Services, LLC is dedicated to making meaningful improvements in the lives of the children and families we serve.

We provide individualized, evidence-based behavioral services in a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative environment.

Our expert Board Certified Behavior Analyst develops an individualized treatment plan for each child using initial and ongoing assessments, caregiver input, direct observation, and consistent data analysis. Services focus on strengthening communication, social and daily living skills, safe behavior, and independence across home, school, and community settings.

Our Philosophy of Care

We believe every child deserves care that recognizes their strengths, interests, needs, and individual potential. Treatment should be engaging, respectful, developmentally appropriate, and naturally incorporated into everyday routines.

Our approach emphasizes positive therapeutic relationships, meaningful goals, family priorities, and consistent data collection. We regularly review progress and adjust strategies to ensure services remain practical, effective, and responsive to the child and family.

Parents and caregivers are essential members of the treatment team. We provide education, modeling, coaching, and ongoing support to help families use effective strategies outside therapy.

Meet the Owner

Brooke Parker, Ph.D., BCBA, is an accomplished Board Certified Behavior Analyst and organizational leader with more than 14 years of experience directing high-quality behavioral services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities of all ages. She has provided clinical leadership and consultation across homes, clinics, schools, residential programs, day programs, and vocational settings.

Dr. Parker earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2012. Her combined expertise in applied behavior analysis, organizational leadership, staff development, and program management allows her to build effective clinical systems while supporting the professionals responsible for delivering direct care.

Dr. Parker has extensive experience developing individualized treatment programs, conducting behavioral assessments, supervising ABA professionals, training parents and caregivers, and collaborating with schools and interdisciplinary teams. Her leadership approach emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical practice, accountability, professional growth, and the consistent use of data to guide treatment decisions.

As founder and owner of BP Behavioral Services, Dr. Parker is committed to ensuring that every child receives compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care. Her goal is to help children build communication, confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills while empowering families and developing knowledgeable, compassionate ABA professionals.
