Specialties Approaches

Each therapist enjoys working with their clients in different ways. I always like to encourage client growth and autonomy when we work together. This means I will help you and your loved ones in learning the best skills and approaches that work for your life. I enjoy bringing humor, art. and current events into my work with clients. I draw from different schools of thought in psychology including cognitive-behavioral techniques, trauma-informed concepts, and the solution-focused approach.
